Right Time to Practice Yoga

Ancient India had a plethora of success in achieving the human body potential. And Yoga was among the best practices or exercises that we have now brought to this modern world. These popular exercises have proven a lot of success in the last few years to make Yoga a global phenomenon. GyanYog is a leading Meditation Centre in Indirapuram with several programs and offers these Yoga Asanas for all ages. One of the most important questions that often practitioners ask is the right time for doing for Yoga Asanas. Although we generally take early morning or evening to be the right time for Asanas still we must understand the reason for doing at the proper time.

Ideal Time for Yoga Asanas

Brahma Muhurta is ideally taken as the right time to practice yoga. Though our lifestyles have changed, still we prefer early morning time for doing Yoga sessions. And most of the Yoga Gurus will have a session during this time for teaching their practitioners. The body has the highest energy to practice all Yoga asanas during that time and with the regularity, you gain experience, precision & several other benefits.

At Sunrise and open areas are the perfect combination, to begin with, your Yoga asanas. Yoga mainly focuses on breathing with each asana and the air in the morning is freshest. So make sure you get into the right schedule for learning these Yoga basics and enjoy the benefits all along. Similarly in the evening when the Sun is at the calmest and shaded offers a thriving atmosphere to practice Yoga.

Afternoon Time from 11 to 4 is generally not recommended as per the Yoga practices. As the body itself needs a gap for 4 to 6 hours to digest the food naturally. As sweat and perspiration are more during these hours dehydrating the body mainly due to the direct heat from the sun whereas in the morning the fresh air and calm atmosphere help you to focus more on Yoga asanas.

Although there are few exceptions with Yoga Nidra that can be practiced anytime but it is an advanced level asana often requires a lot of guidelines to complete. Meditation is another aspect of these practices that one can do any time of the day. Though avoid them after two hours of meal to avoid the laziness or being drowsy. Meditation enhances the mind with a relaxed approach and natural vibrancy too. One has to be in proper shape and rhythm to practice Yoga. Any injury or discomfort should be communicated effectively to the Guru rather than avoiding it.

At Gyan Yoga Meditation, we are an accomplished and established Family Meditation Centre with remarkable experience for everyone to feel these ancient practices within. Yoga requires a lot of precision that one gain over years of regular practice and proper guidance is a must for everyone to absorb all benefits of these ancient exercises.
